"I attended the event as a prospective student, with my parents, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.
Everybody was so welcoming and gave me a real insight into the course and Cambridge itself. It was much appreciated."

Department Open Day 2014
If you are interested in finding out more about joining us the ASNC Open Day provides valuable information about the course and about the application procedure. You would get to meet some of the teaching staff of the Department who will describe their respective subjects, the kinds of materials studied, and the range of choices the Tripos offers. There are opportunities to ask questions and to meet current students. Staff will also explain the application process and discuss the kinds of employment into which our graduates move. Other aspects of ASNC life including the ASNaC Society will also be covered. At the end of the formal presentations, all visitors are invited to a College library to view a number of important Medieval Manuscripts.
The next Departmental Open Day will be on Wednesday 25 June 2014 - get the date in your diary!
All are welcome, however we do ask that you complete the booking form below and return it to Rebecca Lawes (Events' Secretary) by 13th June 2014 at the latest so we may make the necessary arrangements. All enquiries should be directed to Rebecca.
University Open Days 2014
The next University general Open Days are on Thursday 3 and Friday 4 July 2014. The ASNC Department will be hosting a general information stand in the Law Faculty Building, Sidgwick Site, Cambridge between 10am and 1pm and will then hold a drop in session from 1.30pm in the Department. Visitors will be given the opportunity to chat informally with members of the teaching staff and current students about the course and life as an ASNC student.
To attend the Cambridge University Open Days, you will need to complete the online registration form on the Undergraduate Admissions page.
However, if you haven't booked, but are in the area visiting other departments, you are very welcome to come and see us - but again please let us know so that we may make any necessary arrangements.
We look forward to meeting you!
