Dr Emily Lethbridge
After completing a Research Fellowship at Emmanuel College, Dr Lethbridge spent 2011 travelling around Iceland to read each of the Old Norse sagas of Icelanders in their landscape settings. A book about her experiences and the sagas intended for a general audience is in preparation. She is now back at a desk and a working as a Research Associate on medieval manuscripts of Njáls saga as part of a collaborative project based at the Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies in Reykjavík, Iceland. The project is funded by the Icelandic Research Council (Rannís).
