Dr Rebecca Rushforth
Dr Rushforth worked on the 'Revised Sawyer'. 'Sawyer', which in this context, was a reference to the definitive catalogue of Anglo-Saxon charters, first published in 1968. It was being revised and updated, for publication in book-form and also as part of the 'Electronic Sawyer', which itself forms part of 'Kemble', a website devoted to the study of Anglo-Saxon charters linked to several other e-projects. The work was carried out under the auspices of the British Academy - Royal Historical Society Joint Committee on Anglo-Saxon Charters, and was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC).
