Owing to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, and in the light of government guidance, some changes will be made to the mode of delivery of some teaching in the Department of ASNC in the academic year 2020-21. This is in order to minimize risks to health, and we will continue to monitor advice and respond as necessary to the changing public health situation. In line with university guidelines, we expect that lectures will be delivered online. Classes, seminars and supervisions will be delivered either in person or online, as circumstances permit. We will let students know by the start of term the details of the modes of delivery that will apply to each part of their course; we anticipate that for students who are unable to attend teaching in person flexible arrangements will be in place. We expect that the full range of teaching will take place, in some form, for every ASNC course and subject. If you have any queries about teaching or learning in 2020-21, please contact your Director of Studies (for undergraduates) or your supervisor (for graduates) in the first instance. For offer holders, please contact the Department at asnc@hermes.cam.ac.uk.
