Congratulations to MPhil. student Seosamh Mac Cárthaigh (Joseph McCarthy) who was presented with the Mansion House Scholarship in Irish in Dublin this week. This is a national scholarship awarded to the student with the highest BA final year results in Irish in any of the constituent universities of the National University of Ireland. It marks Seosamh’s outstanding results in his degree and is a major achievement.
