2010 Clemoes Reading Prize Winners

This annual event in which competitors read and perform passages in any of the languages taught in the Department was held on May 5. This year’s standard was very high and the joint winners were Moa Höijer (reading extracts from Lokasenna in Old Norse) and James Lloyd (reading from Genesis III in Old English). Elisabeth Kershaw who read a Latin letter with a twist was awarded a special prize. \
