Teaching Workshops
About the Workshop
The Teaching and Learning Workshops started in 2000 with the aim of providing an informal forum in which those on both sides of the Teaching/Learning equation can think through the way we teach and learn, and what might enable us to do both more successfully. The aim has been to create a relaxed atmosphere in which to share ideas and experiences. The workshops are usually held at the end of both the Michaelmas and Lent Terms in the departmental Common Room.
The teaching workshops are a chance for staff and students to exchange ideas about methods of teaching and learning in an informal atmosphere. Attendance by undergraduates and graduates in all years is encouraged
The next Teaching and Learning Workshop will be held in room G-R05 of the English Faculty on Wednesday 3 December at 1.30pm
How to use CamTools: This term, we will be discussing CamTools and how to get the most out of using it as a research tool. Representatives of the University's CamTools team will also be in attendance for a short Question and Answer session.
